AuthorizeNet Question

Could someone kindly point me to where AUTHORIZENET_DEVELOPER_MODE is getting set?

My CC processesor is using the authorizenet_aim.php file as their base, but I don't seem to be getting into developer mode to debug...

I see a lot of defined(AUTHORIZENET_DEVELOPER_MODE );

but I don't see define(AUTHORIZENET_DEVELOPER_MODE , 'on'); anywhere

It isn't set anywhere in the code. If you want it, you need to add it manually. It's for development use only, specifically for authorize.net servers, and has no use for storeowners. To use that mode, you need a developer account with authorize.net. Using it for other gateways is unlikely to be beneficial since it uses functionality specific to authorize.net that typically is not implemented on other gateways mimicing authnet functionality.
