need direction on changing banners and text

im trying to change some of the text and all of the banners on the site but this is my first experience with zencart(website in general) and i just need to be pointed in the right direction on how to change some of the text and get my banners to show up. mostly what i need to do is change the items circled in red. i kinda figure out how to change the banners but for some reason i cant get one of them to show up. any help is appreciated.

ok i think i got most of it but theres a little more i wanted to change. please forgive my newb-ness but i dont have any experience coding or building sites. i cant seem to find how to change the zencart banner/image at the top of the page. i'd also like to put a couple of spaces in between where it says welcome to our shop and welcome guest.

lol thanks for the help. that should be the last thing i need to do for now. i got the cart and the basic pages up but theyre still all under construction. im gonna start working on a new template for the zencart portion of the site after i get it straightened out and get some content up.

one last question...i use godaddy for hosting and they can install zencart for you but i found something on godaddy that said that someone had problems installing the custom templates when ever they had godaddy install zencart for them. the result was they had to reinstall zencart manually and it resolved the porblem. has anyone else experienced this or know why?

I have no experience with godaddy, but I will say that if you download Zen Cart using the link from this site and install it yourself, you'll always have the latest version available. When I first installed Zen Cart, I used Fantastico and then came here to get more info only to discover that there was a much later version than the one I'd installed.

godaddy did have the latest version(1.3.8a). i just need to create a new template now...
