Re: Jquery Zoom [Support thread]

JQzoom beta 1 is now available here:
http://public.rubikintegration.com/

I will wait for a few days to see if anyone encounters any problem with it, then I will post it on the download section.

Please note that this module was not designed to work with any lightbox module here.

A jquery lightbox module that is compatible with JQZoom will be published later. (we are going to use only JQuery now, since Zencart has made it the official jscript library)

Re: Jquery Zoom [Support thread]

I will soon release a new version of jqzoom which works perfectly with sites that have image handler installed.

As a bonus, jqlight box package is ready and will be published as well

Regards

Note: Jquery Zoom has Additional Image Swap on mouseover as well!

Enjoy Jquery!

Probably just my server sucks, I've been trying to check with the host to see what's going on.

Re: Jquery Zoom [Support thread]

Hey how about imagehandler. I have it installed, will this be a problem or does it work hand in hand?

As stated, it will work well. You will not see image handler effect on the product main image and additional image though (no pop-up zoom on hover)

You can also install jquery lightbox as well (did you try to click on the image on the demo?)

Re: Jquery Zoom [Support thread]

Okie guys, I played with it a bit, and now it gets even better :d
Unlike the previous version or any other lightbox./... modules you can now enable this jquery zoom and jquery lightbox on ANY product type page by adding new page to the admin setting, No need to edit any css file or any other file at all.

Enjoy!

Re: Jquery Zoom [Support thread]

Hello there,

This looks like a brilliant mod. I wondered if it would work in conjunction with Highslide for Zen Cart by Numinix?

Thanks in advance,

Heathenmagic

Yes I did click on them, Jquery Lightbox effect is nice plus if one still feels like it after the very nice zoom feature. I noticed the additional pictures below swap with the default (first picture) once you hover over it. Also something I was looking for. I take it this is a feature from ether Jquery Lightbox or Jquery Zoom?

Re: Jquery Zoom [Support thread]

Followed the instructions. Admin settings done. SQL done. But no effect on the product pages. What went wrong?

Re: Jquery Zoom [Support thread]

Maybe a bit more info. Imagehandler is still active and when I click on the picture on product info page I still get the pop up image as before. Do I need to remove or disable anything?

First, you need to enable it in admin
Second, note that you have to copy the new modules/your_template/addtional_image.php and main_product_image.php to the correct folder to make sure the over-ride take effect. We need to over-ride IH2 behavior
Post your url here would help me to see the js error if any

Re: Jquery Zoom [Support thread]

The folder

jqzoom\includes\templates\mytemplate\templates

is empty in the zip. Is this correct?
