Logo Position

My logo is positioned too high over my header. I'm trying to bring it down some into the red section of my header. Maybe I need to change the height of the row??? If so, how would I do this? I've also tried playing around in the stylesheet. My site is: www.the-accessory.com. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Find in your stylesheet and add/change to this and adjust to suit
