I have been using ZenCart since 2005 and this instance has only happened maybe 5 or 6 times ever. I have not had this problem in a long time but it has happened twice in the last month and I think one more time a couple of months before. I am afraid that it is becoming more common. I process about 150 orders a month without problem so that is what confuses me.
The customer checks out with the "Authorize.Net SIM" module and I successfully receive the payment but the items remain in the cart as if the card was declined and the sale was not complete. I think that it has even happened with the "Paypal Express Checkout" module once. I have up until this point just thought it was some kind of internet glitch because it was so rare but now I am a little worried.
I am running 1.3.7
