Country Dropdown

When adding the Address Details the Country dropdown menu has a number of countries. I only want one - Australia. How can this be done, the only way I can see is delete all the countries i don't need in Admin-Location/Taxes-countries ..... is this correct, or is there a simpler way of doing this?

I did what you suggested and deleted all the countries except Australia and new zealand.
