MochaHost-Install Error: File 'c:\mysql\share\charsets\?.conf' not found (Errcode: 2)

I am trying to install v1.3.8a to my site on MochaHost, but I get the following error:

File 'c:\mysql\share\charsets\?.conf' not found (Errcode: 2) Character set '#33' is not a compiled character set and is not specified in the 'c:\mysql\share\charsets\Index' file ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~

This is occurring during the database setup portion of the install. The "System Inspection" did not have any issues.
