I am working on a site and they want the search bar in the header. I enabled this in the layout box controller in admin, but the search form is also showing up in the left sidebox. How do I get rid of this.

Admin -> Tools -> Layout Boxes Controller.
Then click on 'sideboxes/search.php' and set 'left/right column status' to 'OFF'.
