Start with the tutorials. Click on the tutorials/FAQ in the upper part of your screen.

I searched over this forum and couldnt find it, and went through the wiki but didnt find it.

Common when you're starting out with Zen. I think we all get a bit overwhelmed and lost at first. Once you get the hang of it, you wonder why you thought it was so difficult.

Phew all that stuff was super simple to change.

I still cant figure out how to disable the categories up top by the logo.....

Also, Is there any way to NOT SHOW items that are Out of Stock?

Show Sold Out Image instead of Add to Cart Button

0= off
1= on

You might also want to change admin>configuration>stock

Allow customer to checkout even if there is insufficient stock

The items still show up on the site.
