Referral program / discounts for referrers

I'm looking for some type of affiliate program addon. Basically, I want new customers to be able to sign up and enter another current customer's email address in a special "referred by" field. When that new customer makes their first purchase, the original user (the referrer) will receive a $5 off their next order.

Is there anything currently out there that can do this?
