When I pull up my website, under the "New Products" side bar, it's showing some of my first products that I posted last Spring. It's not showing my new products. Also, the "New Products for January" frame is showing older wares (in terms of when added to my site). How do I change this to make the "New Products" actually be new products?

Go to admin > configuration > maximum values and select New Product listing - limited to ...
Adjust to your liking.
