How do I Delete the CC option and Add an Icon???

[FONT="Comic Sans MS"]In step 2 of 3 in the payment process I would like to eliminate the CC option ABOVE the PayPal option....how?

Also, I would like to place an icon (for a visual) with all methods of payment accepted PP and CC's...how?

Further, if I update to the new version of ZC, will I loose all my previous information??
