ERROR: admin/includes/configure.php file not found.

I use a Mac. admin section prompts me that

ERROR: admin/includes/configure.php file not found.

The file is there. The perms are right.

Any suggestions? index.php line 23? line 36? some people say to change things there, but i don't want to mess things up any more than they already are.

Error Log reads:

the path should be /home/dirtsq5/public_html/store

How do i fix this?

You might peek at the files:
/includes/configure.php
/admin/includes/configure.php

and compare them for the URLs, paths, database information etc. and ensure that they are setup right ...

Check the files on the server, view them and see if they have anything in them or are they blank or not configured right ...

I contacted my host - they pushed all the files to an 'old' set, and brought in 24 hour old files.
