When you purchase an item the ship to and bill to options are not there!

What did you do to remove the login requirement? Obviously you *do* need that in order to collect your customer's information ...

It was a guest checkout plugin I got through this site.

What's the point if you don't even know where to ship it to????Also, if a merchant account is used, doesn't it redirect the customer to their page where they can enter all that information??

I would suggest you find the support thread for the module you installed and see if the author can give you any help or remove it and use the stock functionality which does collect the information you need.
