Turning Off Stock Number

Can someone help me?

I don't need the stock count at all. Is there anyway to just turn off the stock count so that people can just keep placing orders.

Right now it is forcing me to have a stock count otherwise it says that we are out of stock. Having to constantly go in an pump up the stock values is a pain if we don't really need to keep track.

You can turn off the displays in your Admin and turn off the stock checking there too.
