Anything is possible, but Zen Cart is not built to work that way and would need a bunch of customization to do what you ask. Your site would be easy to reproduce completely within Zen Cart, and then you would have a seamless entity instead of trying to jam two things together.
You can handle the presentation yourself by modifying the ZC template files appropriately, so the pages look like you want them to. Much of the content could be pasted directly from your current pages into define pages or ez-pages in Zen Cart.
