Rearranging Product Listing

So I am trying to get all my product listing pages, new, all and the regular listing page to look as follows:

Product Image
Manuf. Name
Product Title
Price

I have tried sort orders and I still can't get it to look right. Please help me.

Forgive me for replying to your post with a question. but how did you bypass the single row product listing display? How did you manage to get your product listing images in two different styles (oblong and square)?
