Gift Certificate Account textfile

I'm searching for the file where the Gift Certificate Account frame text says:

"Gift Certificate Account

You have a balance available in your Gift Certificate account. You may spend it or send it to someone else. To send click the button below.

Your Gift Certificate balance is"

Need to translate this -can't find it!

Open your Admin> Tools> Developers Tool Kit - Enter a piece of the text you want to change in the bottom left textbox, then choose 'all file' and it will find all of the files that contain the phrase.
