HTML Editors none work for me

I am testing out my 1.3.7 to 1.3.8a upgrade online, and am adding a diff. html editor.
I tried FCKEditor, Tiny MCE and XINHA none are working at all.

I simply follow the instructions but to no avail.
This is a fresh no nonsense upgrade.

when you try to edit something from admin , can you select any of those html editor that installed or nothing shows up in dropdown list ?

They do show up in the drop down in the Store HTML editors and in the Categories/Products and in the Define Pages as well.

have you tried cleaning your catch ? i remember reading on about some issue with this type of editor that were not showing up , after cleaning browser catch they would show up .
im not sure why is not showing up , but you may want to this first .

this is usually ( at least in my cases ) were problem with PHP file .
is good idea to use the debugger provided by DrBite..and see what are the actual errors
