I just got stumped!!

Looking at the instore pickup module settings the tax basis is as follows - But where does one select the option I have highlighted in red?? Shipping & Billing are the only radio button slections

Tax Basis
On what basis is Shipping Tax calculated. Options are
Shipping - Based on customers Shipping Address
Billing Based on customers Billing address
Store - Based on Store address if Billing/Shipping Zone equals Store zone

Yes, but you do not have the instore pickup module enabled and this is what I am stumped by...

It is now, if you want to try it.

Store - Based on Store address if Billing/Shipping Zone equals Store zone ...I think that means if you put in a Shipping Zone in that module (same as in My Store). Whether Billing or Shipping is ticked doesn't seem to matter, and customers outside that Shipping Zone don't see the Store Pick Up option at check out.

The radio button on the module in Modules/Shipping is yellow. Not sure what that means, but it works.
