As I recall this was in another file previously and might be from an older file included with your template
Try the developers tool kit and search for "SITE_TAGLINE" and see what other files this might be in over the meta tag file

So far all I can find is the meta tag file. Is there anything in Zen Cart Admin I need to do? I'm going to continue to look around. Any more ideas?

I figured it out. I had named my custom template "magic". But I had named the folder "Magic". That one letter fixed it. Thanks for your help.
