The missing manufacturers

Hi,

I have a slight problem with a bunch of my manufacturers dissapearing.

I have added manufacturers and some of them with a picture and some of them without. The ones without a picture do not show up in the list at the admin part. However they do show up at the product info display. This makes me think that they haven't dissapeard but are just not visable? (at least I hope that that is the case)

Also I would like to add a custom picture for a missing picture of manufacturers... I that in any way possible?

Manufacturer info will only show when you ASSOCIATE a product with a manufacturer.

If you have Manufacturer info in your database, but have not associated product(s) with that manufacturer, then that manufacturer will not show on your site.

Logic is that "why display a manufacturer for whom you have no products?"

Yes but they are associated, and they do show up in the product but not in the admin list where you have to fill in the manufacturers. So now I can't put a picture in when I have it.
