finding files

Please can anyone tells me where the folders are located
includes/languages/CUSTOM/english.php
includes/templates/CUSTOM/images/ includes/modules/sideboxes/CUSTOM/categories.php

open the zencart fold then find includes and then follow the directory path replacing custom with your template name

The CUSTOM folder refers to your custom template folders, regardless of what you name them, and don't exist until you create them (whuich you should definitely do).
