Reduce Price based on Quanity

Hello,

My question and forgive me my searching just did not find what I was looking for, or I did not search long enough.

My question is, we are opening shop for 1 item, but 500 Colors. So in the cart 500 items/products. What we are wanting to do is like this.

1 - 4 Base Price
5 - 8 10% reduction of Base Price
9 - 12 15% Reduction
13 - 18 20%

and so forth and so on.
