Problems with euro-sign in emails

Hello! Euro signs don't show up correctly in emails that my shop is sending. Could someone point me to right direction on how to solve this?

Instead of € I get â.

What are your settings for the following:

Admin -> Config -> Email Options -> Convert currencies for Text emails
