Viewing Newsletter Subscribers

I was wondering if this is possible? I use a miling list other than zencart and it's a bit of a pain to go through each customer to check and see if they've subscribed or not. Tedious, manual process and would love to know if there is an easier way to go about it. . . :(

You might perform a direct SQL query on the DB for that matter.

Under phpMyAdmin :

SELECT `customers_firstname`,`customers_lastname`,`customers_newsletter` FROM `customers`

customers_newsletter = 0 if the customer has nort subscribed and 1 otherwise.
