Creating a blank page?

I'm trying to create a blank page in my Zen Cart site, it'd have the header and navigation etc just the content area would be clear.

It dosen't have to be editable from within the admin panel as I won't need to change what's on there often.

I know there's EZ pages but they don't seem to like PHP code and they generate poor URL's? (id=1 etc).

Is this possible in any way?

Or if you are unhappy with the way ez-pages works, i highly recommend the blank page generator developed by Bryan Tyler. It works fine with 1.3.8 and is very easy to use.
