1146 Table 'gra10000_zencart.admin_comments' does not exist

Hi
I am suddenly receiving this error message when viewing orders.
Otherwise the system is working fine.
Any ideas on how to correct this?

We have not done any upgrades etc and customisation has been kept to the absolute minimum - just colors.

If you were entering information, press the BACK button in your browser and re-check the information you had entered to be sure you left no blank fields

Well somebody is customizing your site.

That error message suggests that code has added from the admin_comments add-in, but the associated SQL has not been installed.

If not a botched installation, it could also happen if code were borrowed from another site that already had it installed.

There's no admin_comments table in the default distribution. Perhaps you have installed a mod incorrectly. This kind of thing happens when there's a .sql file in the mod and your database uses a prefix, and you run the .sql file through phpMyAdmin without adding your prefix. If you can track down this file, run it through the admin panel under Tools->Install SQL patches; this adds in your prefix automatically.
