I want to add a feature that allows me to ask our customers "How Did You Hear About Us?" with a drop down box that we can edit the choices or they could choose "Other" and type in what this is.
Also, if you do know of the addon for this, please tell me the addon AND please explain how to add this addon to our site.
We have version 1.3.8a
