Options Stopped Working - GAH!

Zensters,

Before I go tearing what's left of my hair, I thought I would check
with you all before deconstructing and replacing my store with
the default files to help fix my problem. I have installed the version
1.3.7, upgraded to 1.3.8. The last two mods I made to the store were
to :

add_customers_from_admin1-02.zip
edit_orders

somewhere after this time some(!) of my products don't show
the product options and don't subtotal them correctly if you check
them.

One page that isn't working is this one:

If you check any of the options, there appears to be a bullet without
complete information on it, and the subtotal isn't correct.

If anyone has had experience with something like this, or can offer
advice as to which pages to look at (or replace) I would appreciate
it greatly.

Did you apply the security fixes?

There was an update on them as they were too secure:

I am not positive that is the problem ... but it looks similar to issues caused by the over zealous security patch first released ...

Yes, I did apply the security patch!
I will look to correct it's protectiveness
per your suggestion.

Thanks for the update that the problem with your attributes not adding to the shopping_cart correct was the result of needing to add the current Security Patch ...
