Stupid question about editing welcome text on main page

As you can see from the site, I have added a message
"THIS IS A DEMO SITE ONLY. NO REAL SALES CURRENTLY."

The site is now ready and I want to delete the message. However I forgot where I input the text!

It is not even in the /includes/languages/english/TEMPLATE/index.php

any idea where I can edit it? thanks a ton!

insert: THIS IS A DEMO SITE ONLY

Select CATALOGUE from next dropdown

Click button

If this is in a language or php file, the location will show.

If it is in a Defined Page, it won't show here, but then use the define pages editor to find it.

Unlikely to be in the dbase, but if the two options above fail, search for it using phpMyAdmin.

PS, you have to make sure that string is 100% correct, to do the search.

It works perfectly!!

I don't know why I put it at 'includes/templates/template_default/templates/tpl_index_default.php'
I forgot if I have edited other things on this page, I better copy it to my template to prevert future overide

Can't tell you how many times I've done an edit to a template_default core file... then opened its counterpart in the override to try find it later.

Every time I do this I have a mild panic attack - did a hacker get in? Why's the thing not here? What the hell's happened...

Then I remember what I did.
