UPS Estimate shipping not working.

hello all i have setup test store here http://www.kemprobeinc.com/test

when i add product to cart and try using the shipping estimator it brings up nothing? is there any settings i might have missed. i have setup the zip code in the mystore section admin area.

Also when i try to fill out form it goes to shipping and i get this message:

Not Available At This Time
Sorry, we are not shipping to your region at this time.
Please contact us for alternate arrangements.

What shipping modules do you have installed, and configured. You should search the forum for "we are not shipping to your region at this time" there are many threads on this subject.
