Everything was working great with FCK editor until i installed dual pricing. No when i go to edit products i get an error
Warning: Missing argument 1 for FCKeditor::__construct(), called in /home/kemprobe/public_html/test/admin/includes/modules/product/collect_info.php on line 413 and defined in /home/kemprobe/public_html/test/admin/includes/fckeditor_php5.php on line 42
does anyone have any idea whats going on here? any help is greatly appreciated.

Your addon probably changed the collect_info.php file mentioned in the error message, and now you've got mixed versions of the code.
You'll have to merge the correct changes into the file rather than replacing it entirely..

Just in case anyone else has this problem, here's the two collect_info.php merged.
This makes the Dual pricing work with the newer version of FCKeditor. Zen 1.3.8a + FCKeditor 2.6.4.1
Replace your admin/includes/modules/product/collect_info.php with this code. Changes are at lines 409 - 421
