"Not shipping to your region" error when purchasing both physical and virtual product

One of my sites is experiencing a weird glitch and I'm hoping that you zenners can help!

We have both downloadable and physical products in our store.
When you purchase a physical product, no problem getting through Checkout.
When you purchase a virtual product, no problem getting through Checkout.
When you purchase BOTH in the same transaction, customers are getting a "Not shipping to your region" error.

Any help with this would be GREATLY appreciated. Thank you in advance!

Make sure that your Products with the Download attribute are setup as:

Product is Virtual: No, Shipping Address Required

Product is Always Free Shipping: No, Normal Shipping Rules

Thanks for the info... wasn't exactly the problem, but led me to the solution!

The fix was in the individual virtual product shipping information:

Always Free Shipping: Yes, Always Free Shipping No, Normal Shipping Rules <-- NO was selected
Special, Product/Download Combo Requires a Shipping Address

In the ALWAYS FREE SHIPPING area that the No, Normal Shipping Rules is selected was incorrect. What it should look like is this:

Always Free Shipping: Yes, Always Free Shipping No, Normal Shipping Rules
Special, Product/Download Combo Requires a Shipping Address <-- THIS is the correct selection

Make sure that that Product is actual a Download and a Physical Product for that Combo feature ...

This means for every single purchase of the Product, the customer is recieving a Download AND a Physical, snail-mail product at the same time ...
