Order Confirmation email suddenly stopped showing delivery and coupon info?

The [NEW ORDER]email confirmations use to include delivery type and coupon type if one was used. Like this.

1 x Nerdcore 2008 Calendar = $25.00
------------------------------------------------------
Sub-Total: $25.00
Table Rate (1 x 1.00lbs) (Best Way): $6.50
Total: $31.50

or like this

Sub-Total: $29.90
Store Pickup (Walk In): $0.00
Discount Coupon: test1 : -$1.00
Total: $28.90



Now all of the sudden [NEW ORDER] email confirmations just have the product like shown below.

No delivery charge
No coupon diplayed

1 x AMAZING SPIDER-MAN #583 3rd. Printing = $3.99

CATAX 8.25%: $0.33
Total: $4.32

Does anyone know how to fix this?

If something "suddenly" stopped working the way it did before, the first thing one should do is identify what you've changed between "then" and "now". Either with changed settings, or installing addons, or hosting company alterations to the server, etc.

Also, when you made your post, a message appeared right above the field where you typed your information, telling you certain things you should include in your post. Please add those things to this discussion.

Another thing that's not clear in your post is ... does this "problem" affect *all* orders, or just some? Do the emails contain different information than what's in your admin order details for that order?
