Main Navigation Bar

Hi,

I would like to activate/add a "horizontal" main navigation bar near the top of my page containing links such as


* Home
* F.A.Q
* Shipping Policy
* Contact Us
* Terms of Service

Going across horizontally on my webpage.

Is there an activation/add button in my admins page that would allow me to do this? Or would I have to write the code myself?

Can't see your site but there is a default one in the code that has home & login and you can add to that via code
