I have look thru all the tutorials and I have spent all day trying to change the size of the middle section (between the sideboxes) to make it bigger. Do I need to move the position of the sideboxes first and then make that area bigger? And how do I do that?

Also when I go onto my site and go to a subcategory where I have products, instead of the next previous button I have a banner that has the words Product Image, item name and price. How do I get rid of that bar and writing and get the previous next to show up?
