help question Pretty In Pink ... no instructions?

This is probably a stupid question, but I just downloaded the Pretty In Pink template. Maybe I'm supposed to know what to do after dwnld but I'm not sure and it didn't come with a README file like all of the others I've ever installed did.
Can someone lead me to a thread that explains it or ?
I tried searching but haven't come up with anything yet.
    Thanks!

Oops..sorry about that. That template was for 1.3.6, I believe, and
there's been some .css changes between that version and 1.3.8.
I've updated it and put it in the correct Zen Cart includes structure. It's been submitted to the downloads section, so I urge you to get the new version once the devs have checked, approved, and put it up for download. (You are using 1.3.8?) Just unzip it on your hard drive, FTP the entire includes folder to where your Zen Cart resides on your server, choose it in Admin/Tools/Template Selection, and reset the sideboxes in Admin/Tools/Layout Boxes Controller.

The updated template (Pretty in Pink 3.0) is in the downloads. I urge you to download it and replace your current stylesheet with the one included in it (for ZC 1.3.8).
