What happened to all my (missing) admin-menu options?

Ok heres the deal. I do website design for a living and one of my clients contacted me asking if i could look over their new site they have bought. Yup you guessed it, it uses zencart.

Anyhow i logged into the admin and was shocked to see only the following features!

Categories/Products
Product Types
Products Price Manager
Option Name Manager
Option Value Manager
Attributes Controller
Downloads Manager
Option Name Sorter
Option Value Sorter
Manufacturers
Reviews
Specials
Featured Products
SaleMaker
Products Expected
Modules
Payment
Customers
Customers
Orders
Group Pricing
PayPal IPN
Reports
Products Viewed
Products Purchased
Customer Orders-Total
Products Low Stock
Customers Referral

Parse Time: 0.210s

Thats it!!

Ive checked and its version Zen Cart v1.3.7.1/v1.3.7.1.

Ive been using zencar for a while now and i cant really remember back to the 1.3.7 days but surley it had more features than this??!?

I dont think my client can even change his admin details?

Can someone please help me find out if he's been sold a faulty or tampered with! zencart .

If someone is still running Zen Cart v1.3.7.1/v1.3.7.1 can they please click one of the headers in the admin and post all the features this version should have.

Tools >> Admin Setting

Check for little orange (P) by admins names. If so this is using admin profiles mod and the logged-in user is locked out of other activities.

Saldy there isnt a TOOLS menu. this is whats made me a bit...sceptical if its legit etc.

By it's very nature, every Cart is "tampered with."
You might want to download the files for your version and backup the site's MySQL then compare the two.

I can tell you how to get in, but not here.

Im currently waiting to see if my client has been provided with the FTP and SQL information. Once i get this i will look into doing what you suggested.

Its the first time i have come across this so im sure i will be posting many more replys on here lol

You will need phpmyadmin access......

So try to get the client to worm it out of them and full admin access while they are at it. They will need the #1 admin login info.
