Sidebox help?

i have looked through the threads, maybe I overlooked it, how do i get my sideboxes to only appear on 1 side of the site, also how would i edit titles to side boxes such as: sponsors or have you seen...

Whenever I create new banner side box, its show on both side of site with same ad!

I am using: Zen Cart 1.3.8a w/ PHP 5.2.5, I have not added any add-ons or upgraded, this is a fresh install!

Admin > tools > layout sideboxes controller > configure as you want

Thanks for the help!! I looked at that part of my admin section, it didnt click with me at first! I get it now!

It is not 100% intuitive at first, after a few hundred times one starts to think "Zenned"
