how do i get my sideboxes to only appear on 1 side of the site
Admin > tools > layout sideboxes controller > configure as you want
how would i edit titles to side boxes such as: sponsors or have you seen...

Whenever I create new banner side box, its show on both side of site with same ad!
As in above check which sidebox has which banner group assigned to it
