What are your settings in:

admin -> configuration -> maximum values -> Random New Products for SideBox

AND

admin -> configuration -> maximum values -> Random Featured Products for SideBox

looking at the page source for the site, I don't see any indication that the jscroller script is being called.

I do see the imagehover script is being called but nothing else.

make sure all the files in includes/templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/jscript

are being included when your minifier script is run.

Yes Thanks Clyde that fixed my non-scrolling issue. Perhaps mention it in the readme file might save people some time searching on the thread.
