Why does the product description page shows 3 thumbnails?

Hello people!
Here is one example of what happens:

I get 3 thumbnails. If you click the top one, the image will pop up small, the second one, the image will popup large and the 3 one it will popup medium sized. What should I do to have only 1 thumbnail, that, when clicked, shows the large image?

Place the _LRG, and _MED versions of the images in their respective folders (large and medium). Being you put them in the main images folder they are seen as additional images.
