can I disable shipping to different address?

zencart has the otption to put in a different delivery address other than the billing address.

is there a way to turn this off so items can ONLY be posted the th billing address as this is postal address can be used for fraud!!!

In your admin panel (not sure exactly where, but try configuration>>>customers) you can set the number of ADDITIONAL addresses permitted by your store. Set this to zero and see if this works.

Hi Guys,

New to Zen and just got a site up. What we are looking to do is only allow new customers to ship to their invoice address and allow different addresses only once approved on their account.

So, when you first sign up with our site you can only ship to your default address. You would then need to request the ability to select different shipping addresses from the site admin and be approved.

I can't see an immediate way to make this possible. Any ideas?
