USPS Rate Changes

When we went to the post office yesterday, they informed us that the rates had just changed. Will I need to be making any changes to the USPS module?

If you're using the latest update for the module, you shouldn't have to make any changes.

How would we know if we had the latest update? I installed it about a year ago and haven't updated since (using 1.3.8a).

I don't remember ever downloading anything, I used the USPS module that came as part of 1.3.8a. So if I now need to download something, I need instructions for dummies to update. I have no idea even where to look for a module.

Okay, it looks like only international shippers and those using v1.2x need to update, so I should be okay as is. Thanks for the link. I reallly do try searching this forum, but most of the time my searches are <ahem> unproductive.
