Images not showing on main page

I'm having trouble with the category and subcategory images showing on the main page. All is shown is the name of the category and the subcategory. where are the images stored store for the category and subcategory for the main page? i have turned off the sponsors side boxes and the bottom banner that has the zen cart image in the admin section. i add the images and descriptions in the admin-category products section. my web address is www.duncansgallerytradingpost.com/mystore. also what php script controls how these images on the main page are displayed?

I always give the following advice to new zenners...

HUGE NUMBERS of effects and functions are simple actions performed in the Admin Console.

A standard install of zencart offers new users the option to load DEMO products, and for good reason. The DEMO data is there to show you how large parts of the admin console works.

Now, in your case, you have to ASSIGN an image to a category, so navigate to:

ADMIN>>>CATALOGUE>>>CATEGORIES/PRODUCTS

Get to a level of categories you want to apply an image to - in your case: Eagle

Then, on the right side, you will see a line of coloured buttons.

Click the circular GREEN ONE with an e in it (opens the category for editing).

Follow instructions given on the next screen.
