Website not displaying after upgrade to 1.3.8a

Just upgraded sited from 1.3.7 to 1.3.8a. I followed everything in the docs guide. My site comes up fine and works in my temp folder, but when I try to view the site in my main public_html nothing displays. Any help greatly appreciated.

Please disregard....I recopied files which fixed the issue....:)

Thanks for the update that you just needed to reload good files to the server to replace the bad, corrupted files ...
