Hi all!

I am working on a site for a printing company and have a problem. They would like the customer to select an Expiration Date for a coupon by either entering a specific date or selecting a stock non-specific expiration saying.

I have set it up like this so far (left example) but the customer really would prefer something like the example mocked up on the right.



Is there some crafty way to achieve this? I am kinda dumb when it comes to custom coding.

Charles-

A couple of things - You may want to consider radio buttons instead of checkboxes - with checkboxes the customer could choose everything in a group. Also, for clarity, you need the separate expiration input.

Thanks for the advice Kim ... hadn't realized the difference between checkboxes and radio buttons for some reason.
