Buttons not showing in EZ Pages

Hi

I have used EZ Pages for all my 'Important Information' and not used defined pages at all (I think!) The links appear in my footer.

I have a few problems:

I would like to turn the heading 'Important Information' back on & can't remember how to do this.

In the Contact Us page and the Unsubscribe page the 'send' button does not show up.

I haven't worked out how the link the site map to the EZPage so it works.

I would appreciate anyones ideas on where I should make changes and what they should be.

For many of the builtin pages you do not need to make one - - instead make the easypage for it an "internal link" as in for the unsubscribe page the internal link would be

index.php?main_page=unsubscribe

index.php?main_page=contact_us
index.php?main_page=site_map

admin > tools > layout boxes controller > turn it on and place it
