Hi,

I have a problem (similar to http://www.zen-cart.com/forum/showthread.php?t=118336 ) but with a bank module. Since the custom-bank module works normally without any problems and has worked also after the failure, I suspect that the problem is that the customer hasn't clicked the link "back to the shop" after payment. That link brings the information for the shop that the payment was done.

So, I saw in the bank account a payment that surely is a payment for some product in the shop but there is no order for it. I could maybe track if the the order is still in somebody's shopping cart. How can I look customer shopping carts?
